Thank you for your assistance. The link you gave me, takes me to the eBay seller who actually helped on the other vintage auto part forum that I referred to. In addition to the one he has listed, he claims to have two smaller ones like mine but doesn’t know what they fit. Mine has an overall length of 3/4 inch which is slightly smaller.
Continued searching, has led me to the 1966 Dodge Dart heater control knob:

If you’ll notice, the set screw is in the same off center location as mine and based on the position of the knob relative to the lever, the slot in the back has to be off center like mine is. Being from a Dart instead of a Coronet makes sense that it would be smaller. I’ve also searched 1964-1967 Dart dashes and the heater control knobs for each year are different from each other. The only problem is, the geometry of the concave feature in the end of the 1966 Dart knob picture appears to be less ornate than mine. Does anyone know if it was common practice for Mopar to make small changes like this during a production run?
