Problem with brakes on my old Chrysler. We have had all cylinders rebuilt, new brake hoses and find no leaks. But feels like master cylinder is bypassing and not putting full pressures to the wheel cylinders. We have replaced the 5/8 cylinder cup that goes on the reservoir cap bolt but not sure what’s going on. Any help would be most appreciated. We do have some brake , the wheel will stop when we have it on the rack but not driving it. The linings have a slight drag.
