OK, I give up; where does the vacuum line for the wiper connect? I've looked at pictures on line but this is the 1933. The ones I've seen are later and slightly different. Thanks in advance.

The gas tank was out when I bought the car for good reason. I'm close to putting it back into the car but am wondering what is used to replace the "cushioning" straps?

Can anyone point me to where I can interpret this plate? I'm particularly interested in the Paint code.
