I'm trying to figure out what this car is. The photo was found in my deceased mother's River Cabin in Southern Ohio. We believe the little girl is likely my Grandmother, Dorothy Cox, born about 1913, near Ironton, OH. The girl appears to be perhaps 5-7 years old, so this photo was likely taken about 1918 to 1920. But figuring out what the car is, and the years it was made may significantly alter my assumptions above Thanks in advance if you have any guidance on the vehicle!
