Hi all, picked this up at an estate sale of an antique car guy, but can't find anything on it. I can just barely read a patent date of Nov 2 1920. It's cable driven to rotate the inside piece as shown in the pictures. There's a hole in the top(?) where a light is bolted in. Thanks!

Anyone interested in this piece, or at least give me a bit of history about the place? Thanks
