What is the best way to remove the gas tank from this car? Does the apron on top of the gas tank need removed,

I put a photo of what i have. Where does that rod that connects to the carb and goes to somewhere by the steering gearbox? And the throttle gets connected to the carb towards the engine? I believe Im missing some parts. I took the photo before installing the carb.

Is this a series 60?

Does anyone have any pictures how the throttle lever gets hooked up to the carb from the accelerator pedal? If anyone knows a location where I could get a replacement throttle rod that would be good also. Just trying to get the car running for a guy.
