QUESTION CARBURETOR Is someone familiar with Detroit Lubricortor carburetors I'm trying to figure out if the butterfly looking part in front center of the carburetor horn, is it supposed to move. I move the choke In and out and nothing happens, it's locked into place. Any ideas or direction would be appreciated. See photos
