Thanks for your reply, the cap is off, but the taillight mount also needs to be removed before the fill tube can be removed. Will be working on it over the weekend.

I am the owner of a 1935 Brewster on a 1934 Ford V8 chassis, I am trying to remove the gas tank (rusted on the inside), I have removed the 4 bolts attaching the tank to the frame, however I am unsure as to how to remove the tank from its location (it moves but does not come out), any and all suggestions are greatly appreciated.
