I have a weird occurrence in my 63 Riviera with tilt steering wheel. Depending on the position up or down, either the right blinker works or the left blinker works. If I position I’m the column one position below the very top position both blinkers work perfectly including self canceling after the turn is complete. Anybody else experience this?
