Thank you all for the information. !910 time frame is about right for the development. Yes, the street is known within one or two blocks. The photo is from the Munger Place development in what is now called Old East Dallas. It was an upper class neighborhood, mostly Prairie-style homes constructed with the latest techniques on raised lots to prevent flooding and offer "separation" from street hustle and bustle, etc. Thank you too Mr. Williamson for helping to straighten out Caddy60's problems.

Thank you to all with such great eyesight and car knowledge! The AACA site won't upload the 600dpi scan, so this is about as good as it will get, and there's a slight wrinkle over the cars at lower right, also note those cars are sitting at a traffic light which is slightly obscuring. The family purchased the property in 1962-63, so, given what y'all have identified, that's likely when the photo was made.

Thank you very much to both of you. Good to know the 1920s, as I'm trying to determine whose house it is.
To JFranklin, if the pic is not Dallas, then the next likely place is Monroe, LA, but the "atmosphere" looks like Dallas to me.
