    Thanks to all that looked. I've looked at quite a few pictures and I believe it's a Mercury, not a Pontiac.

    I've come into possession of this hood I have no need for and would like to sell it. The person I got it from stated it was from a 1942 Pontiac hood, but I'd like to be sure before listing it. Any help would be appreciated.
