No motor or transmission unfortunately. I was guessing the car was a 23... maybe based on the serial number but I will have to try getting a better look at the tag once it is home.

Hello, I am looking for any help identifying an Old 20's Oakland (according to the previous owner). The Chassis tag is still on the frame and looks to be 8 or maybe 9 digits. The number begins with 10836234, there may be another 3 at the end making it 108362343. I could not find any other is this number range. Any help is greatly appreciated.
