  1. This Ford TT has been in the family for almost 60 years. In the early 1960's my Dad acquired this truck and restored it. He and a cabinet maker friend remade the bed using the original wood as a pattern and reusing the original hardware. The truck was disassembled to the frame and then rebuilt. He drove the truck a lot up until the early 1980's. On an Easter Sunday morning drive, the crankshaft broke. The truck then stayed in the barn for more than 20 years. We sent the block out for rebuild in the early 2000's, but it was cracked and not repairable. He acquired a running motor and trans from a 1925 T, and I helped him install that engine and get it running again. Today, the engine runs and the transmission works as it should. The truck will drive. The ruxtell axle is in low speed I believe and I have not tried to shift it, although Dad shifted it a lot when he drove the T many years ago. The tires are old, but good tread. The front tires are Montgomery Ward's from the 1960's and hold air fine. The left rear has a slow leak. Since we got it running again, it has only been driven around the farm. The doors to the cab are with the truck and have never been restored. Dad could not fit in the cab with the doors on, so he did not reinstall them. There are a number of extra parts, including the original block that will go with the truck. We are asking $5,000. The truck is located near Gettysburg, Pa. We have a clean title in my mother's name. I am located in Southern MD, but my brother Steve is near my Mom's place and can show the truck to anyone that is interested. My email is broughjohna@gmail.com Regards, John Brough
  2. This truck has been in the family for about 50 years. My Dad restored it in the 1970's and 1980's and drove it sparingly. The engine runs good, but the fuel tank needs cleaned out. Clutch and transmission work as they should. Brakes are what they were for a 1927 truck with only rear brakes. Body is in very good condition, but paint is amateur quality. Tires are old, but hold air and appear to be very serviceable. Since Dad died in 2012, the truck has seen no use other than to get it running and a short trip to make sure it was driveable. It has a clear title in my Mom's name. There are also some spare parts, mostly engine parts that will go with the truck. We are asking $7500. The truck is located near Gettysburg, PA. I am in Southern MD, but my brother Steve lives near Mom and can meet anyone interested to show the truck. I can be reached by email at broughjohna@gmail.com John Brough
