Yellowman

Hey forum, looking for some help identifying this item. We have an antique push cart that we are starting to refinish. When sand blasting the frame, we noticed there is a Ford symbol stamped into the metal. We have done a lot of "googling", but can't find anything like this. Anyone have any any insight or information on this? Thanks for anything you can pass on.
