I think it might be a 1924-25 C cab Ford model TT. then the cab would be custom built by the buyer. Does that sound right? looking for one of these.

This is a truck that was used by the Salesmanship Club in Dallas. I am trying to determine what it is and if there is one anywhere around for sale. Any help would be great. The club was started in Dallas in 1920.
