I could use some help! That ebay item is listed as a 1905 based upon the accompanying paperwork. Thankfully, someone let me know they were equipped with bulb horns in that year. If anybody can help me with identification, it would be greatly appreciated. Thx, Doug

Hello, My father-in-law passed away leaving us some Franklin literature. He was the proud owner of both a 1923 & a 1927.
