Thanks for the info Rusty. From the looks of it, my engine may have been worked on but not sure if it’s been rebuilt. The only issue right now is the wiring and the breaks. As of now I will need to rewire the alternator and the headlights as well as bleed and replace the master cylinder with a new kit I just purchased. I will definitely keep you updated on what comes up.

Hi, is there anyone here living in Los Angeles that is familiar with 40's plymouths? I just purchased a 1940 plymouth 4 door sedan. and could really use more information and tips on it. Thanks in advance!
