  1. Sorry for the delay in response. Thanks for all the responses. You guys are great. I was having a heck of time trying to find any info on the internet. I'm glad I found you guys. I will be over there hopefully in the next couple of days. I will try to take as many interior pics as I can. I do know that she said it was leaking through the ragtop at some point. Hence the tarp. So I'm assuming there will be some sort of water damage. Which really stinks. I'm in Long Beach/Belmont Shore area but the car is located in Bell, CA. About 15/20 min away.
  2. I will try to get a pic of the ID as soon as I can. I'm by myself and need to push the car back in order to get to the right side of the car. Should be fun. I said flipper due to the work I do. I deal with old motorcycles everyday and it's part of it. He had an original workshop manual for the car. So I guess I'll be doing " sum studyin". His daughter (my friend) said it was running and driving about 8 months ago. To start these cars. Does the clutch have to be fully depressed? She mentioned there was an unorthodox method to it. Thanks for the replies.
  3. Hello. I'm new to forum and prewar Buicks in general. My friend has a 1932 Buick Victoria that may be for sale here very soon. It looks to be very original from what little I know about these cars. Still has the Marvel carb which I've only read about and never seen. Almost every 32 I have seen for sale is either a resto mod or is completely restored. So she doesn't know where to price the car. This car was a driver and is in good but not restored shape. What would be a rough price range for it? She wants to see the car go to an enthusiast rather than a flipper. Any advise or suggestions would be really appreciated.
