  1. Question,,Please someone in the know respond..Is there a different quarter extension for a convertible vs a coupe ?? I got extensions in today,,and they don't fit,,Tags just say 72 buick lesabre....So I'm wondering,,seems the area where they meet the quarter is a lot higher on these extensions...Just looking for a reason why,so I don't duplicate this issue again.. Tks for looking and any replies
  2. Tks but they didn't have either...I did find a bumper in Cali,,I think it's kinda high priced, but I guess if ya gotta have one, gotta pay what they want..lol 550 for bumper 100 each for brackets and 150 to ship...Done..Now I found extensions on ebay strange enough,,two different folks,,45 each... Tks for the reply my friend
  3. From what I have found..the 73 are not the same..Tks
  4. I'm not sure if they are the same or not,I need to see them. If anyone else knows,,please chime in your input.. Tks
  5. Looking for rear quarter extensions and a rear bumper for a 1972 Lesabre convertible ! Thanks for looking and any replies..
  6. Tks for the reply, been busy so this is not a timely reply,sorry..The car has a new rad now,no more over heating.New on the project was replacing the GM a6 cac compressor and switching it over to 134A..Now I'm wondering if anyone has a diagram for the under dash vacuum for the heat and ac ? Everything under hood is functioning just fine, but I have no action under the dash.So I'm sure nothing is moving under there to activate the HVAC doors..Id anyone can guide me to a diagram it would be mush help..Tks Maybe I should make a new thread but I'm not sure... Tks
  7. Correct on there being another issue. Thermo was replaced. The tank is just 1 large one located on the front passenger inner fender..Tks.I was wanting to make sure that the tank could be replaced with something other than original,as finding a new one has been something I have not been able to find. The tank has the small hose on the top and a larger one at the bottom that goes back to the radiator just below the cap...
