Hello, my first post and I thank you for looking. My 1940 Series 80 Limited Buick ("Rosie") has a carb issue which I will initially address with a good cleaning and new gaskets. I have three reference books, the '40 Shop Manual reprint, a Motors, and a Chiltons. Although all discuss the carb in some detail, none refer or identify the two bent rods that stick up out of the throttle section of the carb. I include pictures of them and would greatly appreciate knowing what they are called, do, and what attention is needed. Many Thanks Members 0 1 post
