    The parade car project is done. Photos attached. The color is dark blue. Its 13" long.

    After following and admiring the amazing skill and patience of Roger Zimmermann on his Mark II build, I decided to try my hand at a simple plastic model. So I bought (ebay) a couple of half-built parts missing kits by Ideal (1:18) with the intention of combining the two to make one 4 door convertible parade car. I haven't built a model since I was a kid in the 50's. I was harder than I thought, but it is near completion as the attached photos show. I appreciate Roger's talent even more. Thanks Roger.
