  1. Yes, need to find one to rebuild for the owner of the Buick in Czech Republic. I need a core. I sent you an email to your carbqueen address., I am deaf and cannot use the telephone for the reason of not being able to hear. The only reply I got was that you had a AAV 167 7-69 in stock, not other info or price. Very frustrating.
  2. Yes, I did send an email to this Carburetor Shop......still watching grass grow, hoping for a reply.......seems they don't like email, and only want phone calls on Mon-Tues during banker's hours central time......Being hearing impaired, I would have to try and find someone to call them at that specific time. Then there's this character that emailed me saying he had the carbs....turns out he is the character that bead blasts them full of blast media, then presents them as rebuilt or rebuildable......that's a no-go for me. I am perfectly capable of restoring a decent core myself, having an ultrasonic cleaner and a nice set of carburetor specific tools, mostly Carter. I seems there are about 10 times as many 4 bolt AAV 267's for the 320 Fireball than the 3 bolt AAV 167's for the Specials and Supers.
  3. Hello , I am seeking a good rebuildable and complete Stromberg AAV 167, stamped 7-69 on bowl, as shown in the pictures. I would also consider a rebuilt or NOS unit if available. The car is an early 1949 Series 40 Special with the 248 cubic inch Eight. Thank You in advance for any assistance you can provide. Please email me at knnu21@yahoo.com for fastest response. Best Regards, Kenneth
