* Ok so, the majority of you probably can't help me with this since it's pretty location dependent, but I could use any help I can get with this. If any of you live in Virginia, you may be able to help me out. I'm looking for a specific 1968 Plymouth Barracuda, fastback model, project car that was last seen in Amissville. This was the car that had originally gotten me hooked on classic cars back in 2012 back when it was under the ownership of the Automotive Specialist Center in Merrifield, VA along Lee Highway. They likely used it as a parts car as the left front fender was eventually removed. I wasn't able to purchase it at the time, unfortunately. They had eventually sold it sometime in 2013-2014 if I remember correctly. For a year or two it had gone off my radar. But sometime in 2016, a listing for the same Barracuda appeared on Craigslist for the DC metropolitan area. It was in about the same condition it had been in previously, not much else, if anything, had changed. I can provide the link to the listing if its of any use, but it has been taken down since. At the time, I wasn't able to buy it, again, but was planning on it at some point in the near future, but by the time I could, the listing was removed. This listing was located in Amissville, the last area it is known to have been located. I do not have the VIN for this vehicle, so I don't expect this to be very possible, but I'm asking if any of you are aware of it or would be able to help me find it in any way. I've got a lot of sentimental attachment to this car and now have the funds to purchase and likely restore it. I don't expect to find it but I need some amount of resolution to this at the very least. I don't want to have missed out. Thanks for your time.
