  1. On my 77 Cadillac Copue Deville, I put brand new radial tires and high speed balanced them. Car has wire hupcaps, that are correct for car. I think added wieght from the wire caps effects car front end tires Balance are not balance! At 55  65 mph getting vibration as if tires are not balanced! Back roads slow speeds tires are ok.

Any suggestions how to cure this issue? Any bulletins on this problem from 1977

  2. I have  a Rochester on it ( not original to car). Car has 46,000 original miles former aaca senior car. I have  kick down issues. takes many attempts to get it down to idle. Also, transmission bangs when applying reverse even though idle is low.

  5. 1977 Lincoln Continental Town Car four door, has a Qudrasonic stereo radio 8 track player original  model # Motorola 5LN4805. all wires were cut to install a modern radion in glove box. In process or reconnecting original radio in car. Need to know pig tail wire colors. MY QUUESTION is : on the male plug is a blue wire with a red tracer and a black wire. Which color wires do they connect with on the female plug?

The speaker wires all match up this would be power and ground I believe. Diagrams or pictures would be very helpful.

    Thank you Bob

  6. I am reconnecting an orginal Quadrasonic 8 track stereo Motorolla radio model # 5LN4805. This radio came with the car and was dosconnected to install a modern radio in the glove box. Most wires were cut. The radio retains it orginal male plug with a black wire and a blue wire witha a red tracer. These wires are coming out of the male plug. Question: what color wires do they connect to on the female plug? A diagram showing this connection with colors indicated woud be great or an explanation of how to connect it.

    Thank you Bob
