  1. I was told that the Spare Tyre Side Mount pictured below suited some of the Late 20's Chrysler Cars.

The bolt pattern is the same as the steering box and goes on either the L/H or R/H side depending if the car is L/H or R/H side.

Can anyone tell me what Make and Model car it fits?

    Thanks

  2. Please see picture below of Spare Tyre Side Mount Post.

This i was told fitted a late 1920's to 30's Chrysler car.

It bolts onto the chassis i believe using the unused steering box bolt holes depending on if it was left or Ring hand drive.

Can anyone tell me what model car it would have fitted?

    Thanks

    John

  3. Hi does anyone know when the Chrysler Series 65 were fitted with wire wheels from new what sort of axle grease caps were fitted.

Were they just a plain cap with no Chrysler Emblem or did they have the emblem cast into them?

( the wire wheel had the hub cap with the emblem)

If someones does know do they have a picture of what they should look like?

    Thanks

    John

  4. I am currently involved in the full restoration of the above vehicle which is fitted with a "Wet" multi - plate clutch.

I really need some help if possible in finding where i can obtain some new springs for the clutch assembly, same as those shown in the photos attached.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

    John

    The Hollander 1952 says 7 on 7" fits 1931-32 Reo F.C. 25, 621, 821, 825 with wire wheels. Also Nash 1932 990 with wires.

Wood wheels with that bolt circle were on the same Reos and Nash.

There is no other bolt circle listed with 7 bolts.

  6. Please see photo attached.

I have had these two front wheel hubs in my shed for a number of years.

I think they are off a later 1920's or early 1930's car which had either wire or disc wheels.

They have a 13 and 1/2 inch brake drum and the wheel is held on by seven (7) wheel retaining screws.

    What do they fit?

    Any help appreciated?

    Thanks John
