    N.O.S. Rubber Floor Mats & Used Shop Manuals

     I have a pair of factory original floor mats for a 1970's Opel in the factory box. You can see a picture of them on my web site at www.carlswellusedcarsandparts.com just click on the Misc. page and scroll down. I also have a bunch of used shop manuals. I will have to see what all years they cover?

    Moldings for different model cars

    I have the following moldings available;

    1957 Chrysler New Yorker Right front fender spier & left rear quater lower for a 4 door. 

    1966 Chevy truck 1 wide door molding and 1 wide bed molding and 1 narrow bed molding. These are for a long bed Custom Cab option. 

    1957-58 Plymouth wide upper front & rear door moldings off a wagon but 4 door should be the same.

    1963 Falcon 2 door both quarter moldings and one door molding.

    1953 DeSoto 4 door upper belt line moldings off the doors.

    1941 Chevy hood center strip that meets the hood ornament.

    1962 Oldsmobile Super 88 4 door side trim, hood center strip, cast bar between tail lights and other misc pieces. 

    1964 Ford fender moldings

    1960 Plymouth 2 door trim from the top of the fin to the front fenders. Also top of fin that stops just behind the door on a 4 door. Grille and V trim on lower valance.

    1960 Dodge Phoenix 2 door right door molding and fin top moldings.

    1961 Dodge quarter trim.

    1966 Dodge Polara 2 door all side trim.

    1960 Mercury Gas Tanks

    Hello,

     I was wondering how many folks with 60 mercury's are in need of a new gas tank? Also does anyone know if the 57, 58 & 59 use the same tank body? I'm looking to have some tanks reproduced and trying to feel out the market. If there is someone in the Mercury club I could contact about these particular cars that would know some details that would be great if you could put me in touch with them? Thanks!

    Hi Rob,

    I have a complete dash panel out of a car stored in my garage. I don't know if all the switches are there as I needed some for my car. I should be able to include a speedometer & radio asm. What color is your interior? I know the glove box door is off but I have some of those and can fix you up with a new glove box liner.     60 Ford F-350 Hydrolic Clutch Question

    I had the motor replaced and a new clutch put in at the same time. It's a 292 with a 4 speed in a 1 ton truck. My problem is I have too much free travil in the pedal and need to know how to adjust it out? I had a bit more pedal with the old wore out disc & pressure plate in but it was still low. Is the duble nut at the fork the only adjustment and I assume I would need to adjust that out longer?

    I don't have any books on this truck or Motors manuals on trucks, only cars so any help would be great! Thanks in advance!

    Parts Interchange

    OK so what is the deal with Nash Ramblers then? The Rambler we need parts for is a full size car not like a small American but the Hollander book does list some of the American parts to interchange. The Nash we have has the same body lines some what and body style. I've seen Ramblers that looked like Nashes only differance was a N or R in the emblems and wheel cover centers. This is one of those year cars that is confusing me. I guess it's possible the suspension could be a bit different as the Rambler has 4 lug rims I'm told and I think our Nash has 5 lug wheels but would these parts interchange for an upgrade?     Parts Interchange

    Hello,

    I have a coustomer looking for suspension parts for a full size 55 Rambler Wagon. I have available a 53-54 Nash full size parts car. I checked my Hollander book and they do not list an interchange between the two cars and I would like to know if the parts are compatible? I know the body styles look the same and Rambler & Nash were merging in those years and some was just rebadged but did they share the same suspension parts? I don't want to sell him someting that will not fit. Any help or info is appreciated, thanks!
