    Dave, Sorry for the slow response, I am building a garden railroad and got "side tracked". I will take some pictures and get back to you, if I can figure out to inport them to this site. Bob K

    This is a "box case". There are no wires coming out of the motor. Two wires from the carbon brushes from the armature, and two wires from the field; they need to be connected to a power source; any ideas?

    A friend asked me to reassemble and wire the motor; it is in pieces, wires to brushes and field cut. Does anyone know how to rewire this thing? It is 6V; the field checks OK with a meter, and the unit appears to be in good condition. Thanks, rkison
