  1. At a yard sale last year, we found what we believe is a rear automobile trunk - pre about 1932. We bought for $10 to rescue it. Is it a car trunk? If so, we will give it to anyone who needs it if they pay shipping. It is pictured below. Not sure if I did it right. If does not come through, I can direct email pictues toto anyone. Below: no leather straps, rounded four upper corners. Did not measure, but roughly 40"Lx18"H x 15"W Below, lid raised and looking inside. Has what appears to be a 3/4" thick plywood inset bottom. all rest black metal in good condition. Below, end view with leather handles Bill Norman 703-451-7641
  2. We found this "trunk" at a yard sale for $10. Think it is for auto, but not Chevy according to those in VCCA and our region. It is black steel, 13.5" x 13.5" x 37" It has what appears to be a plywood bottom. 90 degree square at base all around; corners and edges, vertical and along top, are curved about 3/4" radius. Can't seem to post picture here but available my email AOL. If any can use, it is free for shipping to get to good home.
