  1. i had to adjust the cable. couldnt find anything else wrong.
  2. alright i looked at it today when i pump the parking brake it pulls the cable tight like it should. The caliper seems to be working fine rotor and pads are wearing good. The only weird thing is when i release the parking brake it sounds like a gun goin off i dont know if anyone else does the same. SO i am thinkng just adjust the cable

  5. So I replaced my window motor switch in my 89 about two months ago. And today it stopped working again. It will allow the window to go up at full speed but it wont let the window go down. I dont know if anyone else has ever experienced this on one of their cars but this is the second switch it has done that to. I dont know if anyone has the wiring layout were i could go through and look for a short or anything that might cause this.
  6. So I need to check my rear calipers and make sure the pump break is operating correctly. Then adjust the adjuster to take out the slack is the steps i should take?
  7. alright i definitely didnt have my parking brake on. so how would i correct this??
  8. Can anyone tell me what this is hanging on the driver side of my reatta about dead even or so of the door.
  9. Alright i will go out tomorow and check all 4 corners. I had the sway bar replaced maybe 3 or 4 years ago so it better not be that.
  10. I have a problem with a high pitched squeaking noise when I go over anything that makes the suspension compress just a small amount. I havent been able to find the source of that noise. Now i got a new one when i turn to the left and its almost turns the wheels fully i hear like a stressed metal sounds like when movies make the noise for steel to break. Anyone with some thoughts on this or had it happen to them shoot me some ideas Thanks.
  11. the plenium is differnt the ln3 is a single upper and lower the series one is a 2 or 3 piece dont remember but from when i was thinking about doin the top swap for the supercharger they just had to modify the gasket like cut slits for w.e. to line up so i cant imagine it would be much different from that.
  12. So i am in my addition on my way to give a friend a ride to work S.E. light pops up its the e041 i am like no biggie its the cam sensor i have had this before. I get the entrance to go on the main road give it gas it goes then just dies. It cranks but wont fire. the only other codes i have are for my a/c bc its not connected. It sounds like something is grinding. anyone else had this kind of luck??
  13. Does anyone know about the reatta in lafayette i go to purdue and i would just like to see it. there are only about maybe 3 other reattas that i have seen here and none a convertible
  14. the one i got used the same mounting bracket i just drilled out the rivets that hold the motor to the bracket and bolted new motor where the old rivets were. its still a pain to get them lined up i havent really worked on it since the weather but tomorrow i am trying to get it done.
  15. ok well the ones i saw in the store where 80-120v the ones that ran lower had weird clamps n not like the pin point ends
