STuTZ693 Posted April 1, 2007 Share Posted April 1, 2007 I am looking for opionions on the need to replace stud bolts when a head gasket is replaced on a 1924 Stutz 6 cylinder engine.Since the engine on this car has not been started for over 30 years I want to remove the head to check out the valves and clean the water passages.Should I be concerned about streached studs?
