VillaRiviera
Hi,I have a 64' Riviera and I would like to lower the body about 2". I've heard of two ways, below are some pros and cons that I know of.Does anybody on this board have another suggestion for lowering my Riv, can lead me to make the best decision or have personal experience with any particular vendor to share? This car is a garage queen, it travels only about 2,000-miles per year to local car cruises and shows. 1.) Cheapest way - about $250, buy cut down springs from several vendors. Draw back is suspension is always low, so suspension geomitry is off, more wear and tear on busihings, greater chance of bottoming out, but cheap and easy to install.2.) Most expensive way - about $2,500, but an air susp[ension from Air Ride Tech. The car can be set to inflate to normal ride height when driving, then drop to custom height when parked.Thank you,
