For Sale: 1956 Hudson Hornet Special Super

Has been parked since 1993. 
It has been parked out in the weather and the condition reflects this.

There has not been any attempt to power it up and start it, as the fuel system is likely dried or turn to tar after all this time. 
The engine is not seized and it does spin when a wrench is put on the crank.
It has been assumed that the vehicle was driven to its current position and hence was running at the time....but this is only speculation.

While the mileage shows 26K it could be 126K or even 226K, or it could actually be 26K......there is no way to know
The hornet was repainted at one point as I see over-spray in the door jamb, but I have no details or information about when or why it was repainted.

This is a project car and will need a restoration. But it appears intact except for the air cleaner.  

This vehicle does have some rust. The bottom of the door skin is rotted away on the passenger side doors and I can see it coming through the paint on the drivers side. 

All four tires are destroyed from years of sitting flat.

This Hudson Hornet needs someone with the skills and abilities to bring it back to life as it deserves

It is available for local pickup in Clear Brook Virginia. You can also arrange to have it transported.
It has been relocated in an area for easy pickup by trailer or roll-back truck

I have the Title. The title is clear. 
We had the keys, but they were lost while moving the vehicle. 

Also included with the sale is a Snap-on Vintage meter set believed to be from the same time frame.
