Master Window Switch Restoration 1964 Riviera

I saw a post about window switch restoration somewhere but not sure if it's on this forum or not so I decided to show how I fixed mine here. My switch was in poor shape and the front two switch rockers wouldn't move individually. You can use a small screwdriver to push the tabs in and release the locking tabs to remove them and begin the disassemble process. I shined up the metal rods for the buttons with emery cloth and used a bit of high temp grease on them when I was done. I cleaned all the contacts and used the opportunity to polish all the chrome and stainless pieces as well. This only took about a half hour to do and was relatively simple to break down to the individual components.
