1934 commander Posted February 24, 2015 Share Posted February 24, 2015 Are there any 1934 commander Regal 6 wheel Four door Sedan members still driving or showing there stude. Spoke to Donald in Wi. a vertical louvres type. I would also like to find out production #"s for horizontal type. Since chassis book states after serial # 8,100,001 horizontal louvres installed into 1935 year.My frame # 8,101,376 assuming that my frame was #1,376 new style what # ended the run of 1934 car.Also there must have been other body styles using this frame Just something I asked myself with no books to get answers.Thanks to all that have more info. studeq Posted February 24, 2015 Share Posted February 24, 2015 FYI the '34s with the horizontal louvers are referred to as "Year Ahead" models. There was NO Commander Six in 1934. The Commander was a small eight. The only six cyl was the Dictator. I do have production figures of the entire line up by model and body style.
