1929 head stud torque

Hi Guys, I've just fully reconditioned our 1929 Buick Master 6 motor and have it mounted on a pallet with exhaust, muffler etc and given it a half hour run. I was recommended by the reconditioner to re-torque the head down now that it is cooled, but my manual doesn't tell me what torque the ft/lb should be. Can anybody help, please.

I'm also short of an outer cone for the back axle needle roller bearing. Does anyone know if I can buy them new?

Thanks, Geoff.
