Guest 1narace
Well I have always really liked Riviera's and finally found one that I had to have. Found my 68 Riviera at a salvage auction in Dunn, NC. It has an NC title and was likely wrecked near Raleigh, NC. She is a beauty from the windshield back and shows 24,000 miles that I almost believe could be original miles. I am joining the forum for several reasons, one is the support network to try and restore this car back to its former gory and second, I am hoping that someone knows the car and its history. I would love to locate the former owner and find out if the miles are original and if he still has any of the missing parts. The car has AACA and Riviera Owners Association stickers on the windshield. It is light blue with a white vinyl top and a perfect black cloth interior. Can't wait to get this thing cruising down the road. I am looking for a 68 or 69 parts car for the front clip and some other under hood items if anyone has something within a few hundred miles of Raleigh, NC. Rivman
I don't know the car but I save old ROA member rosters and can do some checking and see if I can find anything out for you. I'm not sure how long it might take or if I will be able to find anything but I'll give it a try.I'll let you know,
