Also I would like any informationregarding the reproduction of the original nails used in the upholstry as well as the metal used around the latch to open the doors. I am in the process of re-upholstering my Buick and want to keep everything as original as possible. tblack Posted February 17, 2011 Share Posted February 17, 2011 Ken...noted 45 ...I have a couple of parts to the irons that were I believe to a 22 McLaughlin model 45...I think these were different than the buick top irons as these were chromed and generally more elaborate.I also have the top irons to a 1917 Buick D35 that might be adapted with different bows but hopefully someone will have just what your looking for.Can you post a picture of your project??Thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
