Steve Hagy
The Boyer Fire Apparatus Company of Logansport, Indiana delivered this ladder truck to Adrian, Michigan in 1920. There is no information in the factory records identifying the truck chassis used. Maybe the chassis was from a smaller builder in Michigan? Many communities used locally built cars and trucks for their fire apparatus in this era - just a thought.Check out my other posts as I have scores of these old fire engine photos that are missing a chassis ID. Lots more to come!Steve
