This picture was taken about 5 years ago after my son won the High School class at the local drag strip. It has a non numbers matching 455 and a 4 speed. The original engine was long gone when I bought the car, but that does free us up to have fun with it on occasion. The wife and I dated in it, used it as a daily driver for many years, let it sit for a few, then in '84, got it back on the road with a fresh engine and 4 speed. In 1985 when this son was born, I brought him home from the hospital in it. Mike loves the 4-4-2 as much as I do and really enjoys banging gears in it. I guess you know where it will end up someday, that's right, his garage. I just hope he has a child that will continue our tradition. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
