shopman Posted August 4, 2006 Share Posted August 4, 2006 I have a 1968 chrys. 300 convertable. replaced power brake booster now brakes start to work but when peddle gets hard and braking is affected. installed second booster thinking first was defect but same problem. when brakes applied at first seem to be working but if you push harder on peddle gets hard and car does not want to stop.
