Guest BigRon Posted September 29, 2005 Share Posted September 29, 2005 FYII have done this conversion many times, In addition to the normal items, Be aware that you will have to drill out the rear of the crankshaft in order to install a pilot bushing. Olds does not drill these out on Auto Tranny cars. I normally use a chevy bushing as they are readily available. The crank has a taper where you will need to drill so the drill bit is self centering.
