Window regulator carriage

Hi my name is Raymond, and my Brother has a 1983 oldsmobile delta 88. And I replaced the window motor and regulator, but I'm stuck on putting the regulator carriage back on the track. The regulator was broken, so it wasn't attached. I seen a video, that shows you take the carriage to the top of the track. But didn't show how to put it on, can someone help me with this matter. It's getting hot outside, and its hot in the car. Thank you
