Hello Ted. All rules are AACA normal with one exception. The Fire Marshall will be checking to verify 1/4 tank of fuel or less in each indoor vehicle.
Normal load in is Sat 8/24 8AM - 11AM. Optional load in Friday 2PM to 4PM for overnight indoor parking at an additional $20 per vehicle. You pay for that when you pre-register on the AACA registration page.
Load out is 3PM when show judging concludes. Cars must exit the building but are welcome to stay on the property. Trailer parking will not need to be exited until Sunday at you leisure.
