Guest Posted June 8, 2001 Share Posted June 8, 2001 Jyrki, do you have a specific gauge in mind? There is no formula for conversion, you have to look up each gage in a table. For example, <BR>gauge 14 = 0.074 inches<BR>gauge 16 = 0.059 inches<BR>gauge 20 = 0.036 inches<BR>gauge 25 = 0.021 inches<P>from inches to metric multiply inches by 25.4, so 0.074 inches =1.87 mm Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
