RARE FACTORY CORRECT EXAMPLE OF AN ORIGINAL, STUNNING AUTOMOBILE.

FINISHED IN BEAUTIFUL VINEYARD GREEN, GORGEOUS BROWN LEATHER SEAT. SMOOTH RUNNING 221-CUBIC-INCH V-8/85- HORSEPOWER. DUAL HORNS. RUMBLE SEAT.

Finished in beautiful and unique Vineyard Green with a supple leather-trimmed seat, this 1935 Ford Convertible Cabriolet has been restored to an incredibly high level and is among only handful that have survived in factory-correct form. The paint and chrome work are truly outstanding, making you realize just how much time, effort, and expense went into making this car what it is today. This car is not to be confused with the less refined roadster. This factory Convertible Cabriolet has roll up windows and a cozy, snug fitting top to keep outside weather where it belongs on days when top-down cruising is less than ideal. With the 221-cubic-inch V-8 providing a smooth and surprisingly brisk 85- horsepower, one can see why this car was a favorite among the hot rod crowd and making the fact that this car survives in an unmodified form even more remarkable. Do not miss this opportunity to acquire one of the best restored, most desirable 1935 Ford Convertible Cabriolets available anywhere. It truly belongs with a collector, or enthusiast who can appreciate the quality and significance of this remarkable automobile. This 1935 Ford Convertible Cabriolets will prove to be an incredibly attractive investment over time. All tires including the spare are marked with the Ford logo that also includes made in the USA.

Within the last two years, $15,000 was put into the car with a new heater, new heater hoses, the gas gauge was rebuilt, the temperature gauge was rebuilt that includes the correct red fluid, oil pressure sensors where rebuilt, all 4 shocks have been replaced, new front floor mat and underlayment, radiator hoses have the Ford script as original, carburetor was rebuilt, tune up, rebuilt AM radio with new antenna, new period correct 6-volt generator, new 6 volt battery, new front seat springs. All gauges and radio work as they should, speedometer says 19,049 but the actual mileage is unknown, the tripmeter does not work. The desirable color combination, rear mounted spare, and wire wheels give this car the look that makes the V8 Ford so special. The correct 85 horsepower Flathead V8 and three speed transmission makes this automobile a pleasure to drive. The Leather interior is in very good condition. The correct tan top looks new and complements the car nicely. The soft top boot is included and used when the soft top is in the down position. This V8 Ford Convertible Cabriolet is one of the most desirable Pre-War cars- really one of the best cars ever made- no collection is complete without a V8 Ford, and with the convertible cabriolet being the most desirable and sporting body. The car is titled and located in New Hampshire. Use zip code 03104 to obtain your shipping quotes. Picking the vehicle up or transporting it is the responsibility of the buyer.
