5 on 4.5 bp wire wheels

I'm looking for a pair of wire wheels with a 5 on 4.5 bolt pattern.  They also need to have an inside hub diameter of at least 10" so they can fit over the drums.  I tried a pair of Willys 18" wheels but the hub was just slightly too small.  Even if you can just recommend year and makes of wheels that could possibly work that will help me on my search.
