Guest Posted March 14, 2003 Share Posted March 14, 2003 Drive away in a FREE '62 Special Deluxe Wagon today!The time has come for me to retire my crusty, rusty '62 Special Wagon. 215/2bbl; auto; p/s. 120k miles (believed to be actual). Original white paint (what's left), tan re-upholstery from many years ago. VIN 112525656. Car located in San Francisco, CA.The BAD: Poor condition overall. Plenty of surface rust, collision damage to front and to left rear quarter. Crack in windshield, dash cluster broken, drivetrain needs overhaul.The GOOD: Free, if you come and get it. Currently titled and registered. Runs, drives, stops. Driven regularly. Recent starter, battery, and tires. FREE.In my opinion, there is little worth saving on this car, but at this price I hope someone will utilize what can be salvaged for the greater good.
