Guest Shaffer
I am still wanting to buy a 1971-1976 Buick Estate Wagon. Must have 3rd seat and prefer woodgrain. Also consider a 71-76 Chevrolet Impala/Caprice Estate wagon, or 71-76 Pontiac Grand Safari wagon. Good running condition. Will consider trading my 1969 Pontiac Executive Safari wagon for one. I am asking $1200. for my car. Price is negotiable for cash sale. Thanks. Prefer southeast or mid-Atlantic area.

Guest
Saw your post - I have a 71 no-wood Estate Wagon, acquired from Arizona last year. Absolutely a great car, 90% plus, no rust, have long records from original owner, everything works, motor rebuilt 30,000 miles ago, set up for unleaded gas. Really drives well, if interested can supply you with more info. Not cheap, but not overpriced either - $5500.00. We're in Kansas, you could drive this car home to TN. contact - collinsb@hit.net
Guest Shaffer
Thanks for the replies. I guess I should have been more detailed in the post. I am looking for a car in restorable condition, rather than a show car. I have no garage space to park one that deserves to be garaged. That is why I sold my 72 Electra a few months ago. I have most recently found a 1971 Pontiac Grand Safari 3-seat wagon, (Pontiac version of the Buick Estate Wagon) woodgrain, gold, A/C, power windows, power locks, power tailgate, tilt, cruise, etc. Basically every option available in very, very good, garage kept condition for $1800 nego. Just waiting to sell my 69 Safari and I will probably buy it. Again, I am looking for one in the $500-$1500 range and a little closer to the southeast and east central USA. Preferrably in eastern Tennessee, western North Carolina, northern Georgia or southwestern Virginia. Thannks again.
