Charlie B.
I bought a 94 Cavalier for my Grandson (he's 16yrs old). It is a 5 spd and runs great except that when you reach cruising speed it bucks, I have changed every thing I can think of, including swapping out the coil pack, and computer. Put in a new TPS, EGR. Plugs and wires, fuel and air filters. Nothing helps. I was hoping that some of the forum members (with much automotive knowledge)might have a solution. (I feel he's starting to think I'm a dummy) Please help me regain his confidence in me. Charlie
Guest EDBS0
Can it be running lean due to plugged injector or tired O2 sensor.Try Redline SI-1 Injector and Valve Detergent or Techron, most others are garbage?Good luck, this is little more than a guess. If it is fuel starvation then also fuel filter and dreaded fuel pump Hope that I am not just spinning your wheels.
