Early Overland engine for sale-cylinders cast seperate 1913-16?

This engine is stuck, but think that might be due to valves? Has brass plugs over valves, valves heads not rusty, cylinders appear to have only light surface rust. Has a starter, and looks like place for gen, with chain sprocket on front of crankshaft. Mag is missing. No breaks or welds. Carb not on it, but think I have it.Has a brass oil level gauge on crankcase.Manifolds look good.Can email pics, and serial number. Will take $750.00 and help with finding shipper.
